Standard Delivery: 2–3 weeks from dispatch.

Peak Seasons or Unavoidable Delays: Up to 6 weeks.

Bangalore Shipping & Charges

Ground to 2 Floors: Free delivery.

Ground + 3 to Ground + 4 Floors: ₹500 per delivery person.

Beyond Ground + 4 Floors: ₹250 per additional floor per person.

Note: Charges apply when lifts are unavailable and manual handling is needed.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards and your expectations. Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect product. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos as proof, and the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request that you ship the item back, and a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note, we do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized products, items damaged due to customer mishandling, or minor variations inherent to handcrafted goods.
